• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized or customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

4. Refunds

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
